The English curriculum includes Reading, Writing and Speaking and Listening. These are taught primarily through the Literacy Hour. Pupils are given opportunities throughout the day to read and write for different audiences and purposes. We aim to inspire in children a love of reading and writing which will encourage them to develop these important skills.
