Music enables pupils to develop their ability to listen to and appreciate music, and also to acquire the skills, knowledge and understanding to make some of their own.

There are opportunities for all pupils to have instrumental tuition on the violin and cello.

In addition to peripatetic music lessons all of our year 5 and 6 pupils learn the violin free of charge under the Government K2M initiative.

At Christmas all of our Infants partake in a Christmas Nativity production.

In July our Junior pupils perform an end of year play and because we are a small school all pupils take an active part in the production.
